Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

Everything we make is digital and delivered online. There are no physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers, or postal deliveries, and no delivery address is needed.

2. What "delivery" means

For our work, "delivery" means one or more of the following, depending on your project:

• Your finished website being handed over to you or made live on your domain.
• Access to your website and any accounts we set up, along with the files we created for you.
• Automation, such as WhatsApp replies, booking, reminders, or reviews, being set up and switched on in your own accounts.

3. Delivery timeline

Work begins once you have given us what we need — your content, photos, and any account access. A typical website build takes about a week from that point, and simpler add-ons are usually quicker. These are estimates, not fixed guarantees, because timing also depends on how quickly we receive your material and approvals. If anything is likely to take longer, we tell you.

4. How you receive your work

We deliver your work by sharing a link, giving you login access, or sending files by email, whichever suits your project. When your website is live, we confirm it with you directly. There is nothing to wait for in the post.

5. Exchange and re-delivery

Because our work is digital, there is no physical item to return or exchange. That said:

• If you lose access to your website or files, we can re-send them to you.
• Changes to your project are covered by the rounds of revisions in your agreed scope (see Terms & Conditions, section 8).
• Anything to do with money — cancelling or refunds — follows our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
