Mbros Digital is a sole proprietorship based in India, registered under the Udyam (MSME) scheme of the Government of India, and run by Paras. We build custom websites and automation for service businesses. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" mean Mbros Digital, and "you" means anyone who visits our website or works with us.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information that helps us reply to you and do the work you ask for.

Information you give us

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• Details about your business that you share when you book a call, request a free audit, message us on WhatsApp, or email us.
• Any content you send us for your project, such as photos, text, logos, and login access to your accounts.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical details when you visit the site, such as your browser type, device, and the pages you view. This is standard for most websites and helps us keep the site working.

3. Payment information

When you pay us, the payment is handled by trusted third-party payment providers, which may include Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, and Wise, depending on where you are and how you choose to pay.

We do not see or store your full card or bank details. That information goes straight to the payment provider, who processes it securely. We only receive confirmation of the payment and basic details such as your name and the amount, so we can keep our records. Each provider has its own privacy policy that also applies to your payment:

4. Cookies and embedded tools

Our own website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. However, some tools we embed on the site may set their own cookies or receive your IP address when they load, including:

• Our booking calendar, which is embedded from a scheduling tool so you can pick a time.
• Google Fonts, used to display the site's typefaces.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Some embedded features may not work correctly if cookies are turned off.

We use the information above to:

• Reply to your message, audit request, or booking.
• Understand your business so we can plan and build your project.
• Take payment and keep proper records and invoices.
• Send you project updates, questions, and reminders while we work together.
• Provide support after your website goes live.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for spam.

6. Who we share it with

We only share your information with the service providers we need to run the business and deliver your project. These may include:

• Payment providers (such as Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, and Wise) to take payment.
• Website hosting and email providers that store the site and our messages.
• Automation and messaging tools we use to run booking, reminders, and WhatsApp replies.
• Government or legal authorities, only if the law requires us to.

These providers can only use your information to provide their service to us, not for their own marketing.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it, to complete your project, provide support, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting duties. When we no longer need it, we delete it or keep it in a limited form for our records.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.

9. How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and to work only with reputable providers. But no website or online service can be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk.

10. Children

Our website and services are meant for business owners and are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Where your data is processed

Some of our providers (for example, payment and hosting companies) may store or process your information on servers outside India. When they do, they are expected to protect your information to a similar standard to this policy.
